Trampolining offers a whole range of benefits for pre-teens, teens and young adults, including improved strength and flexibility. In addition, persistence and commitment to sport often helps with the development of confidence and self esteem.

Because trampoline is such a fun activity it is an excellent way for young people aged 11-16 to engage in self-motivated exercise as well as being an ideal outlet for those not wishing to take part in team games, instead enjoying exercising and social aspects gained from friends training alongside.

We specialise in and offer excellence in preparation for G.C.S.E and ‘A’ level requirements as well as competitive opportunities if requested. Participants also have the opportunity to use a specially designed award scheme.

For the PAYG classes; please arrive 10 minutes early as spaces are allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis. Payment in cash, £5.00 per session
