Trampolining allows adults to participate in exercise that works every area of the body whilst learning exciting new skills. All ages and abilities are welcome in our adult trampoline classes, from experienced jumpers to first time beginners.
To fit in with busy adult lives we offer all adult classes as pay as you go (PAYG). All adult sessions accommodate jumpers aged 16+
Please note, session times and number of participants have been reduced so we are able to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions.
- Monday 8:05pm – 9:25pm
- Tuesday 8:05pm – 9:15pm (adults and teens from 11+)
- Wednesday 8:05pm – 9:15pm
Booking
Due to stringent hygiene procedures in place at BTC we no longer accept cash on arrival. You can book online one week before the session, booking closes 20 minutes before the session starts.
For something a little different, we also run trampoline rebound classes designed for fitness workouts and are a great alternative to a structured trampoline lesson.
