BSR Stunt Training

For beginner stunt trainees we would recommend that you start attending our adult PAYG sessions. Your general trampolining needs to be of a certain standard before you have private lessons to hone your skills, .

During term time there are PAYG classes available in the evenings for adults at the following times:

Monday 8:05pm – 9:30pm adults aged 16+ years £9.75

Tuesday 8:05pm – 9:30pm teens and adults aged 11+ years £7

Thursday 8:05pm – 9:30pm adults aged 16+ years £9.75

Classes are available to book online up to a week in advance. Bookings close 20 minutes before the start of the session.

Our adult classes serve a wide range of abilities, from complete beginners, up to wakeboarders, divers, trainees for the British Stunt Register and any sports requiring core stability training. Everyone is welcome.

We can offer private lessons, but these are subject to coach availability, and do not run at specific times. The price starts at £26.50 for 60 minutes. For specialised BSR private lessons, please contact lexi.lawton@bracknelltrampolinecentre.co.uk

We run BSR stunt training days during the school holiday aged 16+ years.

All levels from beginner upwards are most welcome on our BSR Stunt Training Day.
