Classes / Rebounding Unlike our adult trampolining classes, this class is purely a fitness workout. This is not a trampolining lesson.

Whilst standing on a trampoline your workout will consist of a series of controlled movements, sequences and stretches giving you one of the most beneficial aerobic workouts ever developed.

The aim isn’t to bounce high but to gently use the rebound of the bed making it a more efficient cardiovascular workout.

Sports wear and socks required. No jewellery and long hair must be tied back.

These classes are pay as you go , no booking necessary.
